I have been contacted.

I'm really sorry for your trouble, but dont worry i've already promised to pay you even personally if we don't find the problem.

Still no I.P. address, All I can do legally is wait until just after the 10th may 2013, I cant do anything until I am actually owed this BTC.

As of this moment, I have not had any money or contact, I have written to him and awaiting a reply.

I can now act on a debt to me.

EDIT - I have contacted mods and sent relevant information.

I have been credited by tulkas to the value of BTC (36.3) I was owed, I am happy Tulkas has keeped his word, I am not happy I have not had the I.P. details of the hacker yet, But I have my money. Because I am not owed anything, I have difficulty in obtaining information from BTCjam legally, Not impossible, Just hard, So I have decided to drop the matter as I have been re-embersed.

Regards all.

I would avoid BTCJam. Tulkas is bad business. He got mad at me for his service not stating things and for his withdraw script being broken. Like it's my fault he had a faulty withdraw script? Or is it my fault that he charges OVER 0.002 as a fee (so he said) to withdraw? Maybe it was my fault that it was not stated that there is even a fee?

My question from the first email sent was.. "I just want to know why I can not withdraw? Is it related to the amount of is this an issue with your service?" Also went on to mention it was not a big deal that I just wanted to know because in IE the withdraw page wouldn't pull up at all and on Firefox it would pull up but not work.

During the several days of Tulkas ignoring my support issue I opened a thread which finally received a response from Tulkas.

Tulkas said "Go waste someone else's time."... Yet it was his service that was at fault with hidden fees and a sloppy withdraw script that was not letting me withdraw.
