I have already created an account and can log in. However, every time after I log in, I get a screen from Coinbase with a header "My name - Your account is valuable" "We are requiring an upgrade of your two-factor authentication for the following reasons: "
I then click on NEXT.
On the next screen (SETUP), Coinbase gives me a Secret Seed and some more instructions. I then click on NEXT.
On the next screen (COMPLETE), Coinbase gives me a QR code and below that it says:
"1. Install your preferred authenticator ... 2. Scan the QR code ...
Enter a token from the authenticator in the box below to confirm..."
I installed Google Authenticator on my cell phone. It reads the QR code correctly and gives me a number. However, no matter which number I put in, I get the message from Coinbase:
"That code was invalid. Please try again or contact support if the problem persists".
I have tried this several times and gave up. I would appreciate any help from anyone.
