Does anybody know why bitcoin price is falling recently? It went down from $4900 to 4100 already!
How low will it go?
When do you expect bounce back?

With the current issues that crypto world are facing now really impacted the price.
We're now in $4000 and it'll go down maybe until $3800 and hope after the crash there will be a good bounce back.
Many are sudden by this but I think there's nothing to worry as this is all usual if you've been here for years.
Hope after this week we see some green days again in the market even it recovering slowly.

They say it was from the news that China banned ICOs recently. Last time I checked it was around $3800. I don't know but I hope it would go down so I could buy more when I will have new funds.

I think that we have seen the bottom for this month already, unless some other bad news gets released for instance another country planning on outlawing the participation in ICOs or an exchange shutting down or getting hacked.

Price is currently at $4250, relatively stable around there. I wouldn't mind if it settles at this level at all.

I think thought that we are going to bounce back ot at least 4400 per bitcoin by the end of the month. ICOs aren't that important to the functioning of bitcoin at all, it is simply an investment game that people play. Sooner or later people are going to realize that.

Price is for the moment, like in the comment above, varying around 4150-4250$. It was quite a big fall, but it never fell down below 4000$.
I think price will not fall in the near future below 4000$. I am curious to see how markets will react the follwing days

The falling price is btc is not caused by any reason. It is just normal to see any cryptocurrency to dump or do a correction a little bit after having a huge price because people tends to dump at the current price levels we have now. I also wouldnt be surprised if there would be another dump but probably there wont be another one. It will go stable for a moment and bounce back later on so I think it is a pretty good opportunity to buy now.

We have seen huge speculative transactions. Now the price will rise to $ 5,000. Whales bought bitcoins at $ 4100 and now will sell you for $ 5100. For those who have the money to buy bitcoins now last chance. The window of opportunity is already closed.

This fall is because to the chines decision of banning ICO in China. Another reason is panic selling and most of the people now assuming that the price will decrease in future  due to chines decision.

I actually thought China banning ICOs was good news for bitcoin, thought that people would move their positions into it, but it seems like people either sold all together or didnt know about the news. I would guess this is just a correction with many people selling off on news because they were jittery to sell to begin with.

There is nothing to worry. China banned ICO, but it will not have any consequences. Yoi only can buy Bitcoin a bit cheaper a few days. That's all.

yeah thats true nothing to worry about this issue cause this tragedy always happened even before. Even its fall deeply,   we need to buy bitcoin cause this is the chance to buy a coin with a cheap price. And sell it in a high price if bitcoin climbed again in a high rate..

The reason is because in Chine ico will be ban. And it make market shocked. But i believe that bitcoin can increase again because before when there is issue that bitcoin will be split into to bitcoin fall but after that bitcoin price rocket very fast.

one of the most influencing factors today is how the Chinese government's attitude towards ICO in circulation. with regulation and also the revocation of permits, the confidence of some investors against bitcoin to decline. this is the impact that currently affects bitcoin, but there has been a modest increase and bitcoin is now starting to leave  4200$, hopefully we will easily surpass 4500$ in the next few days.

well, it's bad luck for me to see what happen in china that they have banning the use of ICO, while I've just investing in one of ICO . But its just in china right? and that is one of the reasons why the price of all crypto currency are falling. I agreed with your thought that there's no important relation between ICos  and bitcoin, and this dump should not happen for long time I hope.
