Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

How low will bitcoin fall?

sorry ducky, the price fall below $2000 was the last time you could get your hands on cheap coins below that mark. it won't happen ever again unless fools in the future start the FUD machiens up again.

here is all you need to know about that warning:

Well, in next time we just have SoftFork and not have risk about split network Blockchain or HardFork creating new Bitcoin type as some news talking in past week. In today, SegWit2x BIP91 has been signaling and not have BIP148 in August 1st

yes so much dump in the past 48 hours. people panic buyin selling and price is rising dropping. it has already dropped up from $1830 to the low low price of $2250 and still rising dropping hard towards the much lower price of $2500 and in less than a month it will rise drop much harder to the ATHL of $3500.

better buy sell before price gets there.

I gotta cite this humor for posterity.

I love the ironies of when BTC prices have been dropping like they have been, and the reality of the matter is that we have been kind of fucked ever since the scaling debate and various threats of hardforks begun with vigor in mid-to-late 2015 and have continued to date..

We got fucked all the way from the mid$2xxs all the way into the mid$2xxxs.

Sucks to be any of us who are HODLing so many bitcoins through the nearly two year fucked period.

1) Self-Custody is a right.  There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted."  2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized.  3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

kwukduck has always been like the first green leaves you see on trees after a hard winter. it is always telling us about the coming of spring.

here is a poem to cheer you up  Kiss
Quote
First Signs Of Spring
by Emile Pinet

I woke to the tinkling of melting snow,
flowing from my roof to the ground below.

And a robin's chirp, in a near by tree,
sounded like he was serenading me.

The rising sun was wearing a warm smile,
that made my getting up seem all worthwhile.

I opened my window to sniff the air,
and sure enough it smelled like spring out there.

My yard was dabbled with patches of green,
and my snowman had all but fled the scene.

Tulips and daffodils poked through the ground,
and soon there floral beauty will abound.

A tepid, gentle wind, caressed my skin,
and I felt the shift in seasons begin.

That warning is nothing to do with a hard fork.  It's a warning that people are mining blocks which support BIP 91, which is a soft fork and would not cause a chain split (for three months until there's a hard fork to 2MB, but that's a different matter).

Of course I wouldn't expect you to know that, because you've spent years on the forum learning nothing.  It really says a lot about your intelligence.

Either that or you're just trying to scare newbies and get cheap coins.

I love how kwukduck's price predictions always happen to go the exact opposite direction. The louder he is ranting about the price falling down to significantly lower levels, the higher the price goes. Cheesy I think we should see him as a reverse crytal ball. The harder he keeps advising, ahum, fudding so people sell their coins, the harder everyone here should start buying. From that point, kwukduck is in fact a very contributing and irreplaceable asset to this forum. He should gain some more respect!!

To his credit, he is one of the most experienced user around here, and therefore I respect him. He registered to this forum in 2010. To be more precise, he is the 654th user of Bitcointalk. And I wouldn't blame him too much for the failure in the predictions. Bitcoin is really unpredictable. None of the predictions can be 100% accurate. Any doubt?

That is ridiculous.

Merely because someone happens to have been in the right place at the right time, he should be respected for coming up with faulty conclusions and logic and propagating bad logic and nonsense for a longer period of time?

How low will bitcoin fall?

And only 48 hours later kwukduck manages to end up looking like an idiot once again. Amazing!

This is probably the meanest dip to miss for the idiots that doubted bitcoin. This was such a great opportunity to get bitcoin below $2000, but some people SOLD their bitcoin at $1800 instead convinced it was over. We have a lot of people with too much doubt that bitcoin needs to shed and these dips are good to get the suckers out and buy cheaper coins.

Can't wait for the hardforkers to create another dip and buy cheaper BTC in christmas, because im sure these losers will come back to ruin the uptrend as usual.

I have to admit i didn't see that coming.
But remember we still have 10 days to go before the chain split. It can easily fall to levels way below what we have seen last week.
I can only hope bitcoin survives and developers learn to address issues in time instead of waiting till it's too late.
I've been complaining about this for years!

Any doubt?

The only thing you can blame him for is repeatedly, more hinting towards consistently, trying to spread fud to brainwash newbies. Aside from that, I don't believe he in reality is the same person as what he is making himself look like on this forum -- it's one big troll show coming from a serious long term bull. But still, it doesn't justify him spreading bogus.

Quoted for reference. I am actually surprised to see you react so mildly, and even to the extent of you admitting your faulty prediction! As we speak, SegWit is about to lock in, which is a great first step. I believe the real challenge will show its face at the time the hard fork is about to kick in 3 months after activation. After that, we can put aside these destructive scaling debates (hopefully for years).

I think at this point he is just acting as a herald of bad news and voice of masses of newbie Bitcoin users.
Seriously I doubt a person which is around here for more than 4 years is so oblivious to events and facts so I think he likes to troll people.
Which is something he is good at as his threads usually are populated by his opponents Wink One thing is certain: never listen to this dude.

Im sure proudhon was a troll job, because he was hilarious. He registered even earlier than kwukduck, but the way kwukduck posts makes me believe that the really thinks he is right in his predictions, he comes across as someone that is a sore loser (someone that sold their bitcoins way too earlier and wants everyone else to suffer a loss too).

proudhon sounds so retarded you are forced to believe he is a comedy act.
