There will be Twitter, FB, Article, Signature programms - and some special promos.
I can't say this for sure, no date yet.
But i think in the autum.

Depending on many organizing points atm. Will be prepared very well, so give us time.
This is a very early ANN, at least just for PreReg and translation bounties.
