If you're creating a blockchain of your own and it's based on Proof of Work then you have to develop a connection with miners, and a lot of them. Otherwise someone will be sble to take over it quite easily. Are you really planning to start a new blockchain tho?

I am thinking he is asking about Cloud Mining.

Yep there are a lot of different places to Cloud mine.  There are a lot of reports that a lot of them are scams, and there is no mining farm.  So beware of that.

Personally I use Micro-BTC for a bit extra mining.  https://Micro-btc.com/?r=Vivisector999.  I think it's legit, but I can't say for sure though, since I don't have anything to do with the company.  You can sign up for free, with no credit card ect needed and they give you your first 15 Kh/s for free, just to play around with the idea before you invest.   There re a lot of different places, and you can choose to cloud mine a bunch of various coins.  Micro-BTC claims to mine Scrypt coins, then sell and gives you the funds in BTC.  If you want Etherium or Monero ect.  You can find places like that as well.

If you have enough BTC you can use NiceHash to keep your blockchain going. That being said they don't accept cash, therefore you have to buy Bitcoins first.
