What referral programs have you recently launched, took part in, or seen in action when working on an ICO?

Is there anything like an industry standard for the size of the bonus? I saw 5% in several ICO programs that I studied – how common is that percentage?

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

I met 5% to 10%. I guess it's more like the question of each project's economics rather than kinda standard.
