It looks like the Bitcoin markets are gaining traction again but don't know yet if this is a bull trap or it is truly a sign that the fear and panic is over. It's too early to day as we have another twelve days to go, so I would still follow the yellow brick road with caution.

The Bitcoin markets are stabilizing right now and the price of Bitcoin seems to be climbing back up. This means the people who were panic selling their Bitcoin are regretting it. It seems like that the people who though segwit was going to kill Bitcoin are rethinking their decisions and are now trying to rebuy their bitcoin. Segwit will not kill Bitcoin, and there is a high chance of Segwit actually bumping the prices of Bitcoin.

But the panic is not stopped. It would have no reason, nothing have actually change.
So I will place a warning here. There's still quite a chance for the currencies to drop and rise again and drop again. Don't invest more than you afford to lose and use your brain, not the advises of unknown people over the internet.

First people were panic selling their coins at severe losses like there was no tomorrow, and now they are looking to start buying. This shows that not only the market is experiencing a heavy load of volatility, but the people here as well. It could be just over 24 hours ago that people were expecting the worst to happen with the 1st of August "doomsday" incoming, where now suddenly the sky has cleared, and the sun began shining.

if i where you im not gonna invest till august 1st is already set and all clear to avoid headaches and problems on your thirdparty holder of your btc and btc bank. yes they would promise that they would gonna protect your bitcoins but it's hard to trust unless we can see it on ourselves. it's up to you if you're decided to invest everything right now at the middle of the segwit come. it's better to be safe than sorry like what they said

That was too jumpy a recovery, I think we'll be seeing lower prices again before the 31st. Maybe not a full on 1850 retest, but I don't think the summer sale is over yet. On the other hand my magic 8 ball may be broken, which would mean that now is a good a time as ever to enter the market. Just know the risk and keep your calm should shit hit the fan after all.

time to sell is when price is still high or panic has started and is in its initial stage (meaning around $2500) not when price already dropped below $2000.

the same thing is true about investing. the time to invest is when everyone is panicking for no reason and price is at the very bottom ($1850ish) or at least when it is on the reversal meaning NOW.

although i should add that with bitcoin the long term always wins and that means when you buy bitcoin at any price in a couple of months that price will be the low you bought at.

Yes, the panic selling has stopped but it does not mean that it is over. We are still approaching the day and the people will start to be afraid once more. I am not certain but I am just looking at the possibilities that might happen. Investing everything, on the other hand, is not very advisable. Invest only the one that you can afford to loose.

Yes, the price is promising now. I always wanted to see Bitcoin go up higher and higher. Buy now but keep in mind that you have to have precautionary actions. Your bitcoins are not yet safe as of now. I am uncertain if the price will not fall anymore, well I am expecting it to fall as we go closer to August but who knows.

It's not about being lucky, but more about acting wisely. Most people go wrong as they either go all in, and thus don't have anything left to buy with, or they keep waiting for the price to go down even further, and from there completely miss out on cheap coins. Funny thing is that after the price has gone back up, people do realize that they missed out on a very decent buying opportunity, but they after that continue to keep making the same mistake, over and over again.

Everything is possible and i think we should prepare ourselves for 1 August, a second crash may happens at any time even that the price increased ~$500 in less than three days.

Too late, the price of the bitcoin will get a lot of support in the rate $2000. I think you already missed the best chance to buy bitcoin at the cheap price. I think another correction will be coming as fast as possible.

We might see a little drop in the price, going towards the 1st of Aug 2017. I think a lot of people were a bit quick on the trigger and withdrawn their bitcoins from exchanges too early. You can trade safely up until 2 or 3 days before the 1st of Aug 2017. Then you will have to withdraw your coins to cold storage, where you have control over the private key. This will give you the flexibility to make your own decisions, when there might be a coin split. ^smile^

That was the bottom and price is recovering now, its hard to predict movement of the bitcoin price, anything can happen in next two weeks but in my humble opinion we will not go back under 2000 dollars, fear from 1 August and possible chain split made this little panic on markets, looks like its over now and we can calmly wait that date and bitcoin upgrading. Its not the first time that I talk about price dips during the summers, that is happening every summer with bitcoin, and from one point price will start to move up and we will see just raise until the next summer. Holding bitcoins was a good advice since always, now I'm sure that bitcoin can handle 3000 dollars, I believe bitcoin can handle even higher prices, its capable now more then ever before, and with segwit from 1 August we will have super natural currency, maybe we can hit 5,000 dollars until the next summer.
