What are the perks of investing in ICO? To my understanding, the returns on ICOs are quite higher than on altcoins but can also be risky. What else do I need to put in mind?

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Being honest i would not advise this unless you really like the project and see the potential. Too many these days are dumping on exchange. I would however advise if possible that if you have a chance to invest in a hyped ICO go for it, as returns can be god here. We will see how the market holds up over the next few weeks and maybe the good old days of ICO flipping ICOS will return. But my overall message- be cautious

If we talk about the global need for investing in the ICO, then yes, the recommendations in favor of investing, but if we talk with you that now investing in projects turns into adventures, then this is not very good for large investors.

I think that most careful investors can profit from ICO, but the caveat is that you will need to spend plenty of time researching and that makes sense if you invest a serious amount of money.
