who can create paid surveys on Votes platform?
Almost anyone. There’re no requirements to survey organizers. We’re trying to provide everyone with appropriate tools – starting with small companies and up to worldwide-known brands. |

Yes, of course, because the survey organizers can access targeting settings, including demographical ones. |
