I`m a junior software developer, actually works with a ASP.NET e-commerce plataform and im looking for development projects accepting BTC as payment.
According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

I'm a full-time professional iOS developer. I'm currently working on an app that I plan to post to the forums for feedback soon. It will probably be free and designed from the start for me to respond rapidly to community feedback and requests. I currently have multiple apps on the store and work for a major app publishing company (Top 100. Though I guess I'm probably not allowed to say who I work for, since this will be a personal side project. I never know what the employer rule is there...).

Looking forward to getting involved!

I run Try A Million and we working on building the largest decentralized mining grid. As project is under strict NDA's at the moment can't release information in public, but mods can PM me for further clarity.

We have been running for about 2 and a half months and have educated 100's of people on bitcoins and this amazing technology.

I haven't had so much of a need to be here before as we have a bitcoin expert who posts here a lot and participated quite a bit here.

My purpose here is to participate in GB's and learn from the wider bitcoin community about latest happenings and also add our knowledge and insights however we can.

I look forward to participating well here.

Hi Bitcoin Forum

I have recently launched a website dedicated to help expand and stabilise bitcoin trading in an effort to make it easier to shop online using Bitcoins. The Website collects retailers who accept bitcoins and their products on one site and present a simply and easy search to help the user to the right site.

I would like to share this site with you guys to hear your feed back and suggestions. Any help finding partners or funding is much appreciated. Or if you are (or know of) a company who accept bitcoins in your shopping section, please drop us an email: info@bitbrochure.com

Thank you

Hello all, I have been working since few weeks in a Bitcoin news website in Spanish. I will release a beta version soon (in one week probably), initially it will contain/show textual translations and summaries (with attribution of course) from trajectory sites in english like Bitcoin Magazine, Coindesk, The Genesis Block and many others.

If there are anybody interested in writing opinion articles or to report any news, he/she will be welcome, especially if the news or opinion article are related to events or bussiness in Latin America.

Those interested can send me a PM (private message).

Thank you.

Hi all!  I'm working on a new bitcoin exchange for Asia that includes a rebate for market makers.  This is meant to create incentives for people to trade their bitcoins and increase its liquidity, and as far as I know, no current exchange currently offers this.  Most people are using bitcoins as investment vehicles now, but the value will only really start to rise if we can get people to use bitcoins in commerce, and this depends on having avenues for converting bitcoins to fiat and back (at least until we can transact exclusively in bitcoin).  In the long term, I want to make this exchange into the foundation of many interesting bitcoin-related projects.

The application is pretty much done and we are a week or two from having a beta version ready for testing.  I am currently developing the application with a partner who is not interested in doing this long term, so I am looking for people who would like to collaborate on further developing this exchange and other bitcoin-related applications in the future.  I'm based in Asia, and would love to help improve the ties between Asia and the broader bitcoin community.  Feel free to PM me for more information or just to say hello.

Hi,

I'm setting up a Group Buy Escrow Coordinator Service called DZ's GBEC Services hosted on this forum.

I help pre-plan, coordinate, and expedite escrowed and non-escrowed Group Buys of ASIC miner hardware pre-orders (which also includes cases, fans, PSUs). I serve as an advocate for both Group Buyers and Sellers and am an escrow affiliate at BTCrow where I can set up semi-automated Escrowed Group Buy share sells via a 2% markup for my services (with 3rd party refund and up to 120 days post-sales dispute resolution). I am attempting to set up a mesh network of vetted GBECs for speed and redundancy.

I also offer the world's cheapest Bitcoin Miner Hosting at only 2.5%, via a mesh network of vetted Bitcoin Miners with some of the world's cheapest power and bandwidth with advertising listed both here and on ebay.

Please see the first link in my sig for more details!

Mahalo!
