I want to invest in this ICO, but it's my first time doing this, and also I'm not too experienced with Ethereum yet, so I would appreciate some help.

From what I understand, we will get the ETH address to invest after the timer runs out here: https://www.viberate.io/en/crowdsale. Then we can use an ETH wallet (I think I will use https://www.myetherwallet.com/) to send the money there. From what I have read, the recommended gas limit for this ICO is 250.000.

Please correct me if there is anything wrong with what I have said so far.

Now, what I couldn't find:

1) Which is the recommended "Price per Gas" for the ICO if I want my transaction to be confirmed as quick as possible? Or is just the "Gas Limit" what matters?

2) Aside from the address, amount and gas limit, there is another field called "Data" when I want to send funds from MyEtherWallet. Do we have to put something there or leave it blank?

You're absolutely right regarding the address and where it'll appear. You're also using one of the wallets we recommend, that'll get the job done. The recommended gas limit is 250k, right again. You can leave the "Data" field untouched.
