Dear Viberate Team... you should be ASHAMED!

You sold 27,320.3785966697720298 ETH BYPASSING the public ICO proof here: https://etherscan.io/tx/0xeda050698427533df8bfc34a6d4f84f296960a46e009f6045626d9e5b85aedbb

they landed in your address bypassing your Smart contract.

In theory you sold ONLY 10,663.55353898704 ETH in your ICO proof here: https://etherscan.io/address/0x91C94BEe75786fBBFdCFefBa1102b68f48A002F4

What you did above is:

you let your potential investors DOWN in misleading them thinking they are actually investing with 10 mio cap but instead you already presold 2/3 of the Tokens. You gave someone else advantage to the sale and this is a big no no someone could even call this INSIDER TRADING.

That is why ICOs need to be regulated because of crooks like you!

I noticed the same "strange" thing - actually two -the ICO started with more than 27K already invested and on the official crowdsale address (0x91C94BEe75786fBBFdCFefBa1102b68f48A002F4) at the end, after the ICO was sold out, there were only some 10K ETH and some more (don't remember the rest but could have well been the cited 663 ETH).

If that is true (which seems to be) that ICO went really really unfair to many many people who wanted to participate

Tbere was NO presale at all. At least not official. I allso saw a scam presale post on some web site, but wben I asked on slack channel tbe devs immediately confirmed it is a scamm! So I tbink you fell for it. So sory!

I still managed to get my coins in MEW !!

I am the one and only Matic Magister and you have never spoken with me about any pre-sale. I have posted numerous times about the fake telegram channel that was impersonating our staff members even here on Bitcointalk with screens. You mention you spoke to this guy in Slovenian. Please be so kind and paste some screenshots of that conversation. I am sorry you got scammed, but please don't blame me for your actions. Anyone who's willing to part with his ETH (17.2 eth is a lot of cash) should really do his own due diligence.

Yup, everybody is responsible for their own money. I don't think people get careless when signing wire transfer for let's say 8000 € at the bank, but in crypto world, it's a totally different story.

I also missed this crowdfunding completely as was not ready to see this happening to be sold out this quickly. There is no other option except waiting for the token to hit some good exchanges to buy. May be that will be best deal but only time will tell. It is already finished successfully for this team deserves appreciation.

It's not your fault, me being reckless and not being thorough. I've been waiting for weeks for this ICO and for some reason after being unable to buy any (declined transactions) I was desperate enough to forget all common sense and somehow fallen in to this death pit and got scammed.
