Certainly, you can, provided you have your seed words or private keys, it's as easy as you can imagine. But if none of this, I am afraid it is nearly impossible.

If you already backup the seed, then you can use it to recover your wallet and funds. But if not, then you can't recover it.
If your backup seed you save on txt and save it on your phone and you lost it because factory reset, you can try some recover program.

literally some online wallet using email verification to active your account or easy to access again if the phone number do you use in the wallet are active the dev's of the platform sending to the user code verification either in email or true text messaging depends on your choice to recover your wallet and you can change your password.

The wallet can be recovered if you can recall the password or private key contained in your wallet, if you can not remember it you will lose your wallet and the contents in the wallet can not be reused.

How much was in these wallets?

There might be a way of getting your funds back.

Basically, if your phone just got reformatted, you might be able to pull data off of it through undelete programs.
I've used https://www.diskinternals.com/ (Not associated with these guys at all), for recovering deleted stuff on my linux partitions. Could be that there is similar stuff for android.

If we are talking about a couple hundred bucks, then I'm going with no.
If we are talking thousands of dollars, then you should start emailing some data recovery specialists.
Somebody out there would do it for a cut.

And these go along with the other answers in the thread.
If it was an online wallet, look for email resets, 2fa proof of ownership, developer contact information, etc...
If it was a local wallet, look for your seed, private key, backups you may have made, etc...

Good luck.

If you have kept your wallet words and your private key you may be able to recover your bitcoin wallet account. If you fail to manage in keeping these two, I'm sorry to tell you that the possibility of recovering your wallet is less than 1%.

In case if you have private key then you would be able to retrieve your account. Without that its not possible.

Since you have not mentioned the name of the wallet, I will assume the following:

 1. Blockchain.info wallet (web wallet): If you do not remember your wallet seeds, there is still a possibility of recovering your account by remembering your email and password "use email to get wallet ID then password to access to your account" after that save your backup words.
 2. GreenAddress/ Jaxx: you must have your backup words

If you are indeed referring to blockchain.info wallet just like hugeblack's assumption
you need to remember at least your password or backup phrase (recovery phrase)
  • if you forgot your wallet ID, you can request an email reminder of your wallet login ID
then you can just login back normally to Web Wallet with that wallet ID and your password
  • if you forgot your password, your last option is backup phrase
you can recover your funds by using backup phrase to create new blockchain.info wallet ID (new account)

Maybe you can recover it. Suppose you have to have seed reserves. And you should remember your email when opening the Blockchain site. Before you open the Blockchain website you will be asked to grant permission access via your email.
