They should update it if payment was sent within the hour.  I sent a support ticket just in case, but I don't think it'll be a problem.  The records are public and show payment, so they can't exactly deny your claim.

Impossible to say if this was a big batch or not... we'll see how much they got if they scrape their payments into a larger wallet.

I just ordered one right now, at this timestamp 2017-08-11 05:36:55  not interested in grabbing a screen shot to prove it to you,  but i just used this URL that i had copied an hour and 45 min ago, to see if it still worked.  so i picked up 2 tonight after i pay for this second one.

Hello. I have paid from Bitrexx, manually copied their adress, they said if 1 hour pass they may cancel order.   I sent BTC from bitrexx 30mins ago, so if it will take long confirmation and they won't receive BTC in next 30min what happens ??

Your order may expire if Bitmain does not receive payment within one hour. If your payment is submitted on time but receipt is delayed, we will confirm the payment and then update the order to "Valid".
