Only made $2 over 1 hour on there ^
Where is everyone pointing their miners? Who's directly mining dash / where / profits?

Yeah one hour is not going to give you any kind of realization of actual profits. The pool is more for long term non stop mining. Pool hoppers are always sorely disappointed.
I'm well aware of that, was simply reporting a real life, accurate, true, and traceable result. I'll do a longer test sometime this month

I think i got the first defective unit

My d3 runs for about an hour, when this error come up:

Sep 20 21:03:33 (none) local0.err cgminer[374]: read_temp_func: can't read all sensor's temperature, close PIC and need reboot!!!

I reconnected all cables. But this changed nothing. Error comes up and blocks the machine. Does anybody have a solution for that?

Thanks in advance

The same with me for two D3. Here's the red LED and high fan speeds. Then the D3 itself restarts and again mining. What with this?

Sounds like batch 1 defects.

I hope for your sake that's all the worse it gets.

I bought 2 in the Sept 18-25 batch and don't even have a tracking number yet (I'm in Chicago). If you bought this batch and have already received your miners in the United States, did you get a tracking number before it delivered or did they just show up?

We had the same problem. We reattached all fans, changed mining pool. It now runs stable for over 8 hours.

Hope that this will help you

Hi there is a software to monitor and control some miner together? Is really the power consumed only 950W al 17.0Ghs?

Finally finished our video here. It was a rush job, but I'm happy with how it turned out. I'll need to do a follow up with the 3 pools again since ZPool came out so far ahead. I feel like a 72-hour test would yield closer results.

I had one hash board dropping off with a row full of x's in the ASIC status, but luckily I only needed a reboot.
Almost had a heart attack  Shocked

So far I'm really satisfied with the D3.
Hash rate is greater than originally advertised and the power consumption is lower than originally advertised.

Yes hash rate is 17.5 GH/s, its good.

What is better option with D3, mining Dash or selling hashing power to nicehash?

In EU area you usually only need to pay the VAT tax for the mining hardware.
For example Germany VAT is 19%, Finland VAT is 24%.. (yikes).

My D3 went smoothly through Finnish customs, I got it from Fedex and it has been now mining since Wednesday afternoon.

I'm mining DASH at the moment because I believe that the price of DASH will rise.
It's up to you how you mine.

Where did you bought D3, from Bitmain official store or from Amazon and how many days it took to be delivered?
