Hello all.  I'm trying to solo mine on my Mac OS X 10.6, but I can't figure out how and I've already done research.  I do know how to pool mine, though; I use the Diablo Miner front-end (http://forum.bitcoin.org/index.php?topic=8994.0).

I know you have to edit the bitcoin.conf but I can't find it anywhere.  I tried making my own bitcoin.conf and placing it in //Users/"user"/Library/Application Support/Bitcoin  but it didn't work, the Miner kept saying the connection was refused.

Just in case, here's what's in the bitcoin.conf file:
Quote
rpcuser="user"
rpcpassword="pass"
rpcport=8332
gen=1
server=1
