Why I have to sync Wallet all the time even if I have no updates, but every time I open it says out of sync.

You are not in sync with the blockchain if your wallet is closed. Your wallet is unaware of transactions on the network if it is not running and connected.  If you look in the lower right hand corner of your wallet, you will see it say "catching up", "up to date" etc.

Beacuse you exist in time, and time goes by so are the new blocks.
Every time you open wallet there are new blocks, and you are out of sync until your wallet gets new block info.

Market cap is the dictator for young coins, not per coin price. SIGT is still only about 1/3 of the value it was at it's very peak on the crazy pump it had. The price hasn't really dropped at all since in terms of $ value. It's only the BTC price that appears to be dropping because BTC is going up so fast!

In fact today SIGT is gaining buy order volume and price is steadily rising. So that's good for people currently holding.
