I got in with just over 10k SIGT from mining and moving ZEC funds over in the 4000 SAT range, now it's almost half that.  Thinking of riding it out for as long as it takes as this is still an excellent coin.  What are some thoughts about how the price will play out now that halving has occurred?  It's much harder to mine so I'd think the value will increase at some point, even before devs deliver on marketplace or listing on additional exchanges.  Does anyone else thing the price will recover prior to this?  I'm optimistic still

I had sold before the drop so probably not the guy you want to hear from, but just wanted to give a voice of reason as it sounds like you're trying to convince yourself the losses will magically erase themselves if you wait long enough. Things usually don't work out that way and just result in seeing bigger losses. Better to walk away with some than none. A day trader can't win them all, and loves a stop loss for that very reason.

I understand where you're coming from, but I still think the trading volume and underlying concept caught the attention of many (e.g. Bittrex). Of course I wish I'd have cashed out high and bought back in low, but it didn't work out that way. Regardless I think the coin has a bright future. The only question is how long will it take to gain popularity.

Also I said the exact same about ETH over a year ago. Didn't buy into it at the time (no funds) but I would have had I been able to. Yes there are many coins out there, but show me one with the same execution and roadmap as SIGT.

At the moment - you're a bagholder.  And as a bagholder you have two options, take your losses or keep holding the bag until the next round of bagholders bails you out.

There is another halvening coming up about 3-4 weeks from now, and in another 3-4 weeks comes POS.  It is not definite, but at least likely, that this coin will see at least another big pump right before one of those two events, maybe both.

Look at your transaction, does it had comfirmed? I guess your BTC still not avaiable for use
Maybe you had tranfered BTC to your Crytopia Wallet, but it need to Confirm. If you can see, BTC avaiable in all of part in https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/Balances, after that you can use BTC to buy altcoins

I had checked carefully on wallet balance, It noticed that "Unconfirmed total".
when i switched to exchange makets to buy SIGT, there was available balance is nothing. And then there was a different fund balance.

Did you just deposit the funds? It might still be waiting for the 20 confirmations (or whatever # it requires), and then it'll switch over to available balance.

If that's not the reason, then maybe you're trying to buy too much at once? The most simple account type that I signed up for with Cryptopia only allows a daily limit of $5000 NZ (whatever that translates into for USD).
