I would like to sell my 1 BTC Casascius Coin.

From https://casascius.com/fulllist.txt this is a series 2 coin #23342
Through the window you can see 1CSpcfC8
And from https://casascius.uberbills.com/?address=1CSpcfC8VdJib2iXcv9951wnsDeZoMRuiK you can see that it is active and still has the 1 BTC inside it.
Because of the date of this coin, this means that this coin not only has 1 BTC, but also 1 Bitcoin Cash (BCH), as well as a few various other coins.

This coin was minted in 2012

This coin has been graded by ANACS as MS-65 which is considered above average for a mint state coin.

Recent Pictures of the coin are here http://imgur.com/a/LEXKT

2012 1 BTC Brass Coin S2 MS-65 $6000

The price is $6000 USD Cash, or best offer.

I have been burned with a chargeback before, so this coin will be sold locally near Dallas TX at a police station location similar to this https://planoprofile.com/2016/03/08/plano-police-department-safe-place/

Sorry for the inconvenience to most buyers, but hopefully this is an advantage to someone.

Please private message me if you see any errors in my post, or if you think my price is too low or too high, I appreciate any information.  I may adjust the price to match market changes, so please check for edits if you are interested.

Thanks very much for the input, and especially for posting the images, greatly appreciated.

I used https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=214589.0 at a 2.33 multiplier and some completed ebay sales to get a reference for my pricing, but I am always looking for more information.  You may be right.

You should use Escrow..less chance of getting burned. I have used MinerJones escrow many times so I can vouch for his service.

That multiplier was when BTC was lower and ebay prices do not apply here.

Thanks very much.  It does look like my initial pricing was a bit off for what is the norm for this forum.  I have lowered the multiplier from 2.33 to 1.45 ish.

I used https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=214589.0 at a 2.33 multiplier and some completed ebay sales to get a reference for my pricing, but I am always looking for more information.  You may be right.

eBay sales are notoriously overpriced...particularly if you're trying to apply them to the buying activity that exists on this forum.

I see you're getting some interest. You might get more interest with an auction. Expiring opportunities have a funny way of motivating people.

And lordgreggreg, don't forget that now this coin has Bitcoin Cash attached to it, which is flirting with $700 today. Be sure to include this in your ask and let everyone know!

Good luck!

I greatly appreciate all of the interest.
Unfortunately I can not make it an auction, due to the complication of a local sale, but I am grateful for all of the advice.
