I don't know if this question is annoying or not. I'm sorry to say that mate, because you reached the position of Full member you don't even know how to get it. In fact, most of the exchange site have that altcoin, you can buy it in most popular exchange such as bittrex, poloniex, novaexchange, yobit, cryptopia and others.

Thats what on my mind too on which a semi high rank member didnt know even this kind of basic thing maybe he just bought that account for sure and the new owner didnt have a knowledge regarding on where to buy. Its just really a common information on which most people do know since this is just a really basic easy thing to ask.

You can buy them on Bittrex, Yobit and Tidex.If you want to know on which exchange the currency is trading just simply go to coinmarketcap.com and type your currency and you will see the results and then click on markets tab to see the available exchanges and market pairs.
