I suspect that a lot of Gox users will see this as the final straw and leave Gox, and others who may like gox will be worried about funds being frozen due to the whole dwolla issue (I know that may never happen, but the concern is certainly real), and leave Gox.

So, where do we suspect they will most likely go? BTC-E? BitStamp? If BTC-E, we can probably expect an alt-coin rise.

So, where do we suspect they will most likely go?

Buying or selling?

When buying at Coinbase there's frequently the situation where they are out of stock, but you can usually always sell through them.  So the 1% fee there plus there might be a little wider spread between the bid/ask versus Mt. Gox, but ether way, it's pretty competitive.  The funds arrive via ACH direct deposit the same way that Dwolla withdrawals arrive.

Most likely coinbase, the more competitors that enter the better though. There's still some room for serious innovation at this point.

Not true at all. I've already removed a significant amount of both fiat currency and BTC from them that I've had there a long time. I also don't use dwolla to get money to/from them, I've always used wires.
