Multibit removed from Bitcoin.org?

I believe the only reason they don't list a wallet there is because It's not secure enough just like they did with Blockchain.info so what's the case for Multibit HD and what's the issue preventing them from being listed there?

If you looked in this subforum, you would have noticed that many people have problems with the wallet: Trouble unlocking it, transactions incorrectly identified as unconfirmed etc.

It is way too unreliable for anyone to be continuing using Multibit. In addition, the lack of support is a good indication that they have discontinued on the project.

Indeed. It's that way since Jim sold Multibit HD to KeepKey, It seems like they did that only to advertise their hardware wallet.

I think this is good move from Bitcoin.org because we can not consider Multibit wallet reliable and secure.I use Classic version until it just stop working normally,(every time wallet is open-need to sync again)and I see many problems with HD version also.

All users should stop using this wallet even if they do not currently have any problems.Without support and development this project is over for now/maybe they will continue to work on wallet in future,but in that case it would be difficult to restore the user's trust.
