I find it important these technology implementations, but I'm also aware that we face a political class and bureaucracy is suspicious of change.

With this project kapu,  there will be absolutely zero risk,  because the blockchain will keep records which being decentralized can be accessed by everyone hooked unto the network, if all factors/system are properly put in place.

is a very rare thing that a project/ico pay bounty in btc,kapu will pay with kapu token and it s better because their value will grow with time...

This doesn't outrightly outrule the bitcoin because that's the king of the cryptocurrency, imagine BTC at over a $1000k plus towards the beginning of this year compared to the current price sitting at around +/- $4000 and the year isn't even ended yet.
