I reside in Cyprus with my Wife so would we be able to participate in buy in as well even though we live on a small European Island? I will be very interested to join also in the ICO and various campaigns. This is quite revolutionary and different to what I have seen in the last few years regarding blockchain technologies.

No thats not what it means.Anyone from any part of the world can join snapup and participatr in event.
