Hello I have a problem because I did not get the last two payments on the wallet. 22 alledged payments yet I have only 20 ETP.

Can you please point me out which of those "alleged" 22 payments are missing? I did go ahead and clicked all of them. They are all confirmed. 99% of the posts here are because of unsynced wallets. Can you please make sure your wallet is synced. or use light wallet. The missing payments issue in the earlier days is gone. I have rewritten whole payment system (since supernova wallet), so nothing gets recorded until the transactions has at least 1 confirmation. This means lets say some sort of critical error happened, which has not happened until now but for arguments sake lets say it did. The payment will never get recorded so your balance will stay same. I will loose the coins that are not recorded and not the miners. I have a reputation and I am a trusted member of the community check this with any MVS dev, I would not dare risking that to steal 1-2 ETP... |

I saw your post too late, and you edited while I was replying  it takes 200 blocks to mature on dodopool (1000 blocks normally on metaverse) depending on how fast the blocks are at that given time, this "usually" takes about 2 hours. It might take longer if it is a particularly slow time. |

are you using an exchange address to mine? bitfinex and coinbene closed their deposits. But the payments are already made in the blockchain. When they enable the deposits, they'll show in your account. If you are using a desktop wallet of your own, please make sure it is fully synced. Thanks |

Hi, I was mining ETP from your pool directly to the HitBTC exchange wallet. At the moment I have a certain amount, rather big enough, which the exchange has frozen. How can I possibly prove that M8vkrEVPJCDn54L3TN64W3Grrq3KkBNVXh is one of the 3 addresses used by mining for dodopool, the other two are MAXwUSQKHWxVYvpg4Cs3epPQTLKg14WjaB and MX2evLyh7pcW4SevTzs1CbyQCf9C8fPmWi these addresses are recognized by explorer as dodopool blocks, try to ping one of the admins on telegram or discord, they can send an email from "mvs.org" domain confirming "yes these addresses belong to dodopool" sven and kesalin are generally really helpful with these. |

Caqn you please have someway to contact you . So people can notify you of a problem with the site . Like now when i ltry to mine on the 8009 port it is not working a falls to the second site i use F2pool . If i try the 8008 port there does not seem to be a problem so please open a twitter account of facebook or Discord or even telegraph and please look at the site as port 8009 is not working
