Looking to buy up to 1000 PPC for PayPal. Have made one previous purchase on this forum through PayPal on this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=157724 and made multiple sales to FC4B and the member "Projects". Happy to provide ID to potential sellers and any reasonable steps to ease any concerns about Paypal. I prefer it as it's more convenient for me.

Nah, there is no way you can assure that you wont place a refund request on PayPal after couple of weeks/months.

Never sell anything irreversible with a reversible payment method.

Many people on here have, and do, trade bitcoins for PayPal on a daily basis and never have any trouble. But they want the buyer to be trusted, and I was hoping that my previous transaction would be proof of my good intent. However if that isn't enough, I am willing to do any reasonable steps for a seller, such as verifying my ID to them.
