I'm not sure that this is a scam, the ebay user has 100% positive feed back. I don't think that they would risk that, just my opinion of course though.

yeah, re-reading it, it looks more like a pre-order, like the bfl ones....

9 week delivery time.....thats std avalon lead time on chips
