If I just have caught wind of bitcoins back then, I would have bough that much. What's 5 dollars, right?
Problem is, back then bitcoins weren't even on the map. People who invest in it are reaping the benefits now.

The problem is that time machine has still to be invented. anyway, the past is past and all we can do is just to reminisce them. However, there is something we can do today and that is to acquire more Bitcoin as much as we can because 7 years from now the value can be astronomically high and we don't want to look back at that time (again) and wish that we bought Bitcoin 7 years ago.

its only in my dream we can go back at the first time bitcoin launched so we can buy much of bitcoin with $5. i missed that time too like other people but i think i am not regret because its all happen in the past. and all we can do now, we can trying as much as we can to become rich person from bitcoin. there are no regret because of the past and we should do what we can now and i am sure that we can be better person and the best thing is we can be rich person soon  |

These things doesn't matter anymore. No one knew about Bitcoin back then. And even those who knew about it carelessly stored their private coins, or even lost whatever coins they got from mining.

Let us stop thinking all of these WHAF IFS and just focus on today and the possible future. We could not go back in time and get rich by being the first to grab the available Bitcoin at that time. Had it been possible, I think the whole world would be in a big chaos. Let's reserved this whole idea into TV and movie fantasies.
Now, having said that, we should instead work hard and increase our Bitcoin portfolio so that years from now we will not regret and would be so happy instead because our stash of Bitcoin has already reached $500,000 per Bitcoin...
What about that?

It's fun to think about but let's be honest, unless you were very technically inclined and specifically looking for a new currency or a technical marvel you never would have found bitcoins. I didn't even hear the word bitcoin until 2013!! And I didn't even look into it then! So 2010 never would have happened for me. So I can't really have regrets.
This is correct, even if I have always been interested in technology I have never heard of bitcoin ,in my case until the mid part of 2014 and then I ignore it, so unless we were part of the group of people that were looking for something like bitcoin to be invented then there was not a way to know about this amazing development. |

I can agree with what you have to say but there is a simple truth to this for most of us - we did not invest that much in the bitcoin network and that time has long passed. We should me making investment choices for the future years to come and not think back and regret our decisions from the past. This will get us nowhere, let alone generate more money. We cannot go back now - rendering this thread useless as it provides us with no new information. We all know what happened, but lets focus on the future. |

We all know what happened, but lets focus on the future. guys there is a multitoken economy coming. there is your chance, I am sure there will be at least 10 coins where you buy now 50 USD and that will be worth millions. I hope that I have a couple of these coins in my portfolio. go and buy some champions! (well that the hard part  good luck! |

nahh stop that conclusion, it's just like "If your mom married his friend that became popular artist/entrepreneur now, you maybe become very rich", just accept this day condition, make this days condition more better like disseminate better information than you maybe rich... or some kind of joke like that, bitcoin almost fell many times because FUD or fake informations, so let's make this community become better than ever

This, it is impossible to predict the future and while an investment of that size would have paid off great dividends, we need to forever forget about such a thing, we need to concentrate on finding the next great hit and make money that way so we stop lamenting ourselves about another lost chance. |

That was the biggest regrets i ever made in my life, way back 2009 when I first encounter bitcoin, at first i tried to mine using my CPU and GPU, then plan to buy some bitcoin, however i couldn't find where to buy. then suddenly I jump to new office, then it's all gone,
If I could successfully invest few dollar on bitcoin, I could be more happy than now.
Hope never dies with past, now I am trying to put things on the right place to earn great at bitcoin,
