I've never heared about this happening... I would immediately assume it's either a hacked account that's going to be pained red pretty soon, or it's somebody that gave you his account so you would gain activity over time, only to claim it back in a couple of months/years after it has been promoted to legendary...

Altruism? Or maybe it's a hacked account. I don't think I've seen anyone give an account away before especially when they're not exactly worthless.

A scheme but anyway the OP should asked the intention as to why he gave that account ot him whether he will quit using it since he has other things to do or what.

Altruism? Or maybe it's a hacked account. I don't think I've seen anyone give an account away before especially when they're not exactly worthless.

There still are some characterized by altruism that is unless he is someone close to the one who gave him that but if it is a stranger then that could be suspicious and has some hidden agenda though even a stranger can also express altruism unless he trust you to handle that high ranking account since it is not easy and takes a long time to achieve that.

Mostly a hacked/recently scammed account.Mind giving details ? It would be easier to figure out if you would have provided links of both the accounts.Hope you haven't sold the account already.

Maybe they're trying to frame you for something. It's good that you mentioned this publicly.

Yeah this maybe the reason or maybe the person just want to stop and quit in crypto currency and decided to give his/her account.
Maybe the person just want to help you or maybe just want you to rank up his/her account.

How strange!

What type of things did he/she say before they tried to give you their account?

A thought:
SO, if the guy or girl who randomly selected you to receive an account had been doing something illegal or shady,  then by sharing their password and username with you and anybody else they essentially wiped the possibility of being A lone suspect. They probably will just shrug and say they were hacked and they will have logins from ma y places.

Maybe I watch too much CSI.
 Cool

The account is probably not in a normal state as the guy has given it away to you which must have been a random pick as mentioned, because no one would give away a hero account just for nothing to someone they don't even know at all. Do not use the account before you confirm what is actually the case behind it.

It sounds weird to randomly give away a hero account.
But sometimes... Weird stuff happens like that.
Enjoy it.  Wink

Well usually when someone offers you to have something worthy for free without obvious reason, you would not enjoy the outcome if accept it  Grin

While it might be true what OP is saying, I highly doubt this being what really happened. OP hasn't even shared any info on whether or not the account is SMAS banned, or tagged with DT level negative trust.

I am more inclined to think OP has bought himself an account, where he is trying to make things look less worse in the way that he shares with the forum that whatever entity just gave it to him.

I don't buy it.  Roll Eyes

BSV is not the real Bcash. Bcash is the real Bcash.
