Bitcoin Cash is worth holding in the medium and long term, because its payment technology is more powerful. In fact, BCH really realized the vision of BTC.
P2P electronic cash is the ultimate killer app and it’s not BTC core. Bitcoin Cash is a bitcoin at first. It was forked because of the shortcomings of bitcoin on transactions. Backed by powerful, huge miners and traders. It may looked like just another coin right now. But take a look at the price of BCH. It's similar to the steps made by bitcoin. Soon, it will be worth similar to bitcoin. Infrastructure are being layed out every where. |

Some people said that Bitcoin Cash (#BCH) is real Bitcoin - it is better than BTC... While others said Bitcoin Cash is just a folk.
I read a lot but still cannot be clear.
The biggest problem of Bitcoin today is scaling (affect to the transaction fee & speed). BTC chooses apply Lightning Network (just like LTC and BTG) while BCH chooses increasing the block size. What is better? I am not sure

Bitcointalk users ‘Lauda’ and ‘gmaxwell’ have abused their superior powers in trust system to align their views with the ‘correct views.’ In no legal system in any jurisdiction do we have a definition for what Bitcoin is, they do not have the power to tell us what it is based on the rule of law.

Fair enough argument except for the fact the fork decision was not until much more recent and not at the birth of Bitcoin 10 years ago. You are the one who can predict our future? While BTC is leading the whole crypto universe than it is very simple to know what future will bring to other project. Although it is very hard to predict about the price movement but it is always fun to make forecasts for market future. |

No other coin has come close to what bch has achieved in a very short period of time. I still believe it will be another btc. Used by many industries. Infrastructures are being made everywhere, as what btc did in the last 10 years. Give bch another 2 years and it is ready to compete with btc head on. Like today, even bear season, bch holds on to its value close to $1k. Very solid indeed.

The infrastructure is very easy to change and move over from BTC. Some BTC folks help a lot by shouting and pissing at all the companies out there. LN is not ready to pick up and has lots of issues (tech, legal, complex, ...) - ppl & business trust got REKT, with low chances to recover. BCH ppl are all happy and welcoming home - its an including growing atmosphere (2013/14 style). Trolls are trying to destroy, but in the end helping to seed more bad atmosphere around left over BTC folks. (Who wants such troll next to you?) |
