Maybe I missed the news for BitcoinCash because the word BitcoinCash will present Hardfork.
Then after I looked at the Exchange, and it turned out that the price of BitcoinCash had gone up by around 12% and saw the chart becoming Green.

normally hard forks make the price of coins go down this is the first time ive seen one jump at the news of a possible hard fork it is pretty odd to me.
I am tempted to jump on this train but ill stick to the safe tactics and avoid this. but it is a very intriguing development ill enjoy seeing it unfold

The price is high simply because holders will be able to get new forked coins for free which they can dump in the market. This is what happened when Bcash was being born out of BTC. Although, I'm not sure if it is worth buying any Bcash right now. Nobody knows how good the new fork is. People might seriously burn their funds right now.

Big whales are selling on the hype of fork but it could be risky to buy this coin at this point when everyone know this is just another pump. I also agreed with you there is nothing extraordinary behind the scene.

some folks are making predictions that we hit 0.2 btc by Nov 15 but who knows. Nothing special on upcoming fork. For now just fomo pumping it.

there was a huge pump before the last fork and that was only a straightforward upgrade with no prospect of an airdrop but some people believed there might be due to some nobodies going on about mining the old version. goes to show how dumb most people are. i don't see how a chain split can be of any use to anyone but it feels kind of inevitable.

As always, be wary of any exchange. Not your private key, not your bitcoin. But at least one of these exchanges has a long history of good stewardship of user funds.

but...IF you have BTC from back in the day and got BCH from such

BUT have not moved it off your BTC chain yet (2015 btc paper wallets)

I assume to get the BCH forked coin on 11/18/2018...I need to move the BCH off my original BTC wallet

I have this on a paper wallet. Which means the whole deal.

Move BTC to other wallets (probably paper). Then Bleed BCH off of those wallets. Then of course move that to virgin

BCH wallets. Then wait for fork and bleed the previous (old) BCH wallet for the BCH forked coins?

is this pretty much how it works? Or the fact that the original BCH has never been moved off the BTC wallet

means the BCH is not only shown on BTC address (BCH coin) but because not touched would apply to the BCH fork as well.

(just leave my legacy BTC wallets alone)

er....doubtful leaving my legacy BTC account with BCH alone will do me any good on this BCH forked coin coming.

 I bet I have to move my BCH to a separate into a BCH wallet off my original BTC wallet...the BCH fell out of the sky into...

snapshot will be done on november 15th. that is, after 10 days. do you think the price will rise all this time?  I'm more interested will the new coin become successful?

I'm going to move my coins from exchanges to paper wallet. What if there is chain split can I get my new coins? Ratio would be 1:1 am I right?

I finally decided for myself that I would buy it closer to November 15. And if you look at the BCH chart, it always falls in price in front of the hard forks!

Based on different reading of different analysis and covering ups of this upcoming possible hard fork I have my own opinion. Main goal was to get liquidity for BCH and what could be more good to create hype like this. It looks like in case of fork though chances are little but in either situation coins and cash both will be entering in pockets of those arranged this stage. Let's see how it moves in coming days.

I agree, we need to make some noise to let both sides know a compromise is the best solution, in August 2017 that wasn't possible, let's hope it is NOW!
