Digibyte rallied for three reasons

1. Development of a gaming server for Minecraft that would allow players to earn Digibytes

2. Development of a digital transaction application called Digusign, please see https://digusign.com/digusign-faqs. This is a big deal and potential competitor to the gorilla of the industry Docusign which is in pre-IPO stage with a recent valuation of $3.3B and likely higher once it IPOs.

3. Investor hype and momentum, this coin seemed to become popular with pump and dump groups. The presence of this factor in the future is a big unknown. Since the Bitcoin hard fork fears, this has taken the air out of the crypto bubble somewhat. Its hard to say when and if the hype premium will return.

I sold half of my 500k shares and kept the remainder of my position as I feel DGB has further upside to go since there are call options here on gaming and digital transactions.

Good luck to DGB investors.

It's a nice summary of factors to know about DigiByte, thanks for information.
I hope #1 and #2 will be some real stuff, not just loud announcements to pump the coin...

Digibyte will back to the $0.01 its market cap will stay as 100M for a while but in the long term 0.1- 0.5 is possible, I believe it but market is so bad now.

Perhaps it is time for DGB to return to 2300sts. I bought a DGB bottom for 390sts. I am sure after August, DGB will be the most potential market in cryptocurrency and will be supported by many investors. I hope it will be pumping more
Woow very lucky, you buy at a cheap price. I hope with you right now, before August dump again under 400sts. After August it will probably reach 2000sts. All can happen in altcoin trade. Let's wait september.

All coins in some point came bask from death Smiley
Crypto world is full of fluctuations. All coins have volatile nature and all have definitely experienced critical situations in the survival race. No coin is lucky enough to escape dumping phase. But the survival capacity of bitcoins is very high. After every dump, they increase greatly like it is happening now. My support is with bitcoins always.

I'm closely monitoring this coin and will buy when it drops below 0.00000600 and preferably closer to  0.00000500 Smiley

I now learned by experience not to buy the older low coins at near their newer highs, wait til they establish themselves at that level for about a month before to dip in.   These old coins that were around 20 sats went up to 1500 or so a few months ago, but IMO it was foolish to buy in above 800.   I'm not saying they won't go much higher in the future, but expecting a clear shot up without a correction was a mistake.

I would be wary of Digibyte. A bunch of red flags. I would tell you why but then that would ruin the purpose of my information service.

I'm 80% sure Digibyte is a pump-and-dump coin, like a few others on my list.

That is also what I have heard. Digibyte is going to fly really high. But not this year, or perhaps late this year. Based on what I have read DGB price will really multiply in value in the early entry of 2018. I think various partnerships with huge names on the digital world are being ironed out with Digibyte people.

In 2017 just beginning of Digibyte. The target in long term is reach to $1 per coin, maybe need 2-5 years for do that but with the potential of Digbyte and community use Digibyte is possible. So, why not investing when the price of this coin still cheap?

Yep, Digibyte has proven it's got a long way ahead. A good development and an increasing community for the moon! I really think that anywhere below 600 sats is a great price for what's to come.

I knew that with time digibyte would crash.....like an old lady slipping on a ladder reaching for a book in a dusty attic. i also knew the dust would soon settle and the price would start to plateau.

Ugh still don't understand why people buy that shit coin.

There are too many coins that are faster and better than DGB.

Try GAS and NEO. Faster and 0 fee!!
