I believe that we just borrow our lives from God. And He is the only one who have right to take them away from us.

It's not all about God, religion or beliefs.  It's about punishing criminals with a death penalty.  No matter what what kind of religion you are into, a crime is a crime.  Death penalty shall be given to those should have received it.

But death penalty is the only solution to solve all the crimes that the world facing right now. Death penalty is a law that aims to kill people who commits massive crime. Death penal should be use in a right way and it should not punish to innocent people because all life in this world is important.

Well i do agree, if we won't frighten criminals they will continue what they were doing. And you be sentenced to death if you haven't done anything against the law. However, death penalty must studied thoroughly and the countries that is implementing such law must be fair at all aspect. Nobody wants to be murderer just because they have poor jurisdiction.

A religious text can't be used as a basis in order to punish a convict. The punishment must be based on the constitution, criminal code and the laws of the country. I am a big supporter of the death penalty and I want brutal criminals, especially the rapists, and murderers to be executed by the state. But I can't support using a religious text to justify this.

God is the one who gave us life and he is the one that should take it from us but I agree in death penalty .Our life is precious gift of god to us so no one except god has the right to take our life but some people nowadays deserves a death penalty. For example a men who is a suspect for raping a women and when it is proved that he is responsible for the rape then he should be given a death penalty as he don’t have any right to spoil someone's life . Another example we can take of a murderer who is responsible for  someone's death should also be given a death penalty .So  i think death penalty should be given but only when the person is proved guilty by the court .

In some countries there is a corrupt court and it may not recognize the murderer or the perpetrator as guilty. In poor countries, many women do not have any protection from the authorities at all and rely on an honest decision of the court makes no sense.

As long as the person is really a convicted criminal and proven guilty by the court having enough evidence to prove that person is guilty of a crime subjective to death, then as a proper punishment like death penalty is valid to those who really deserve it. It also set examples to others who might also think of doing the same illegal things or activities.

You need to differentiate between drug lords, drug pushers and drug addicts. It is the first category which should be given the harshest punishment (but I don't agree with death penalty for them). Drug pushers may be given a more lenient sentence, so that there is a chance that they could reform themselves in the future. And drug addicts on the other hand needs treatment and not punishment.

Your comment is existing long time ago but what are changes? War on drugs happening right now is big impact for those Drug lords, Pushers and Users. And we cant deny that our society is more safer than before
