The death penalty has been going on for centuries, i agree with the death penalty,
but I see in some countries the death penalty is imposed on innocent people, even his crimes can not be proven in court.
which needs to be clarified is any crime that will be imposed the death penalty. Such as drug dealers, serial killers, sellers of human organs, rapists. Indeed the death penalty sounds very sadistic, to reduce the crime the government needs to give punishment for the crimes it committed. Through the courts and the judges' consideration of the death penalty sentences base on evidence gathered.

Maybe they are going to change, but what about the other criminals who are unchanged and fearless in the law and continue to commit crimes?

This is exactly the reason why I hate religious Christian nuts. So according to this guy, if someone rapes a lady or murders a guy, then he should be let free without any punishment. His imaginary god called "Jesus" will give the punishment for him. What sort of rubbish is this? IMO, if someone does a crime, then he should pay for it. Jesus must stay out of this.

As what others say about the rape victims, or those who get killed please bear in mind that there can be others means for them to be punished. I believe in God. I do not like death penalty too. But some people do not believe and just do not care about God. Some people like that do not care and always do criminality. They have cold blood, and only care for their desire. I do not want to punish people with death, I only want them to repent and follow God. But not all people can believe in God, and they will do whatever they want to do.

Imagine if drug dealers keep selling their poison to people. Many people will die ! But, what if the dealers are punished to death ?

That's true. But if one life can save thousands of lives, then why not? I am sure that God can forgive all of us if we opted to do death penalty towards those criminals who doesn't fear God that they always do bad things. But, if we implemented death penalty, the justice system should be fixed because at present, justice sides to the rich people only living the poor ones as criminals. Ayone can be misjudged that's why the justice system should not be biased.

What if we don't believe in the god? IMO, if someone commits a brutal crime such as rape or murder, then he must be hanged. You can't let the criminal escape the punishment, saying that only your imaginary god has the power to punish him. Take your religiosity and forgiveness to somewhere else. For my part, I believe in the eye for an eye ideology.

Yes. As a human, you have the right to live in peaceful places in the world. But if you live in a  chaotic world, you'll definitely have the fear to migrate in other country or to go outside your house. Especially, when in such country has the highest rate of drug addiction that tends to kill people.

I believe that we just borrow our lives from God. And He is the only one who have right to take them away from us.

I think we should agree on death penalty. It's easy to disagree and say that it is a mortal sin and no one should take anyone's life. But once we put ourselves in the shoes of the victims or their loved ones, It's kind of hard not to agree with death penalty. Crimes that include child killing, abuse, rape, molestation, etc. deserves death penalty as punishment no questions asked.

The death penalty should only be used when a person has murdered at least a few people WITHOUT A DOUBT. There have been cases where people have murdered, but found to be innocent only after they had already gotten the death penalty. For mass murderers, they should get the death penalty. Not so for people who have murdered just one person under questionable circumstances
