Do you agree in death penalty?

I disagree with the Death Penalty, It is better for the offender to be sentenced to life imprisonment. The death penalty is not the best solution, it is a decisive effort that shows that no one can try to find another solution to overcome this in addition to eliminating the lives of people.

Maybe you are right and see the point.  But murderers and criminals are not afraid of life sentenced.  Maybe if death penalty will be enforced then maybe those criminals would feel atleast some fear in committing crimes.  They would think twice before committing any crime as it would cost their lives.

did many young kids want to go?< NOT SCARED TO DIE..

yes i agree with the death penalty because some of the people are abusing the law just because they have just found out that they are jailed and have a bail right away .. especially with rapists there should be a death sentence for others to fear violence and crime

may I agree with the death penalty if a person's mistakes can only be redeemed by death? may be cruel, but someone will not get such punishment if they never treat people cruelly too. I believe in God and I believe that life is a choice.  god is give a chance to be a good person, but human chooses to be a bad person. Actually, the human can be nice, but did not take that chance. okay, a sorry word might be given, but maybe if it's not the death penalty it gets, the crime will never end.

Depends on the country and its people. If the justice system fails, and heinous crimes are rampant, death penalty is a possible solution. Its a must for the government to act and protect its people.

For those who committed serious crimes, I also strongly agree with the death penalty. But I believe most people are fine.

If they commit serious crimes such as murder or rape, then they deserve something even more harsher than the death penalty. The problem with death penalty is that it is a very lenient form of punishment. All the suffering will be over in two or three minutes. But the victim of these criminals will be left to suffer for the rest of their lives.

According to my point of view, death penalty should be there for higher criminal cases. Because it can use as a rule for control people by attending for criminal cases like murders, rape cases etc. Therefore if it is functioning the death penalty in a country, it may help to minimize the above types of criminals. I dont agree to death penalty because i am a human right lawyer specially the death penalty is a cruel penalty or punishment in humanity because only god can get you life and not a human beings or even you.  The best way to have punishment is the lifetime inprisonment and that the best punishment in humanity and the government judiciary system

No. In a world with an imperfect legal system the cost of executing even a single innocent person. Justice should be about to rehabilition not just about punsishment. The denath penalty implemented by a state is just murder by another name.

But then you need to take in to account another aspect as well. Although rarely, innocent people have been framed for the crimes which they didn't commit. If that person is given a death sentence and is executed, then it is going to be a gross miscarriage of justice. I support death sentence, but only for instances in which the guilt of the accused is 100% clear.

An eye for an eye. You take someone's life , I take yours. If you are against the death penalty, think of this question, "What if someone has done harm to your family?"
