No, if someone commits a premeditated murder, he/she should have the death penalty. This should not be different from state to state, but a federal law.

If not, you can kill someone and live in jail for 10 years and then go free? No, especially with the tax payers feeding the inmates and paying to keep the jail system afloat.

For me i agree for that with it for very, very extreme cases. Like that story awhile ago, about some guy who had a torture chamber set up ready for child victims  People like that really make feel sick to my stomach. They don't deserve to live on the same earth as other humans.

I don't agree with death penalty. Humans can't give life therefore no human should kill another.
It is true that so many people have committed grievous crimes that they deserve to die but the Bible said : thou shall not kill. Vengeance is for God alone.
Rather let a punishment worst than death be given to them.

I support the death penalty, family and friends don't deserve to lose a family member because someone killed them for no reason. If they take a persons life, they should have one. Yes they will suffer in prison but they might kill another human being in the cells. We need to stop them before they kill more.

I strongly believe in that, I am totally against death penalty, however, how about the lives the murderers took? Also, in countries where death penalty is against the law, prisons are overflowing with prisoners. There are so many prisoners that a cage for 10 people have 50 persons. Death penalty can be a solution to these crowded prisons. Just saying, but I am still against death penalty though.. Hahha

I dont agree with death penalty. The death penalty is irreversible. ...It is a sin to kill. One of the biggest sins a person or a society can commit is to take the life of a person.
