Coinbase is definitely not the best choice given their authority over your wallet.Though they may seem like an efficient service but they're used to take actions without a warning which may result in your account's detention.

I found gourl a very simple and straightforward gateway where buyer does not have to leave the site. Also integrating blockchain.info api in the site is an excellent option I find.

Bitpay and blockchain networks are the widely used gateway to make the bitcoin payments by any people. If Op is ready to start accepting bitcoins means you can have bitpay would be the best options for anyone.

Well the thing about Bitcoin "merchants" is that most of them are not actually hoping to accept Bitcoin.  They're hoping to attract the sort of people who spend Bitcoin to spend it at their store, and in the meantime they can hedge risks against BTC volatility by converting it as quickly as possible.

With that logic, Bitpay is the most convenient payment gateway that I know of.  Merchants like Steam use it as an easy way to get your fiat money out instead of actually having to deal with BTC at all.  As an early stage of adoption it's great because it means that merchants don't have to put much effort in to start accepting Bitcoin, meaning that it's OK if they're only appealing to a small number of people who will spend it.
