i have just opened an online pharmacy http://littlebiggy.org/4756248
which offers standard fare and some nootropics. 
bitcoin is the preferred method of payment. 
i would like feedback to help me improve the site and
any suggestions for accepting bitcoin payments.

Looks great to me. It's unique and serves a valuable purpose. Only thing I would suggest is getting a domain name forward for advertising purposes.

Something like:

RexRexPharmacy dotcom
RexRexDruggist dotcom

Both are available and easy to remember. Congrats on your new site and good luck!
