Hello together, i have ordered my Asic Antminer S9 on 2017-07-09 and paid on 2017-07-11. The Staus of payment ist still unpaid. I have allready conact the bitmain support and send screenshots from my transfer. The support is very bad, one awnser but the problem ist not solved. I hope an Bitmain employee @BITMAIN read my post here in this forum.

It seems that its store is down for a while. I tried to place an order but none of its products could be added into shopping cart. Maybe the store will open after Aug 1 and they don't want to take any BTC for now

if you paid in btc  you could put the tx id  here as further proof of payment.

I have used azimo too transfer the money by wire transfer. I have allready send the proof of payment, but nothing comes back.

I am in the same boat with you. I placed a $38,000 USD order on July 13 and now it's been two weeks! Mine was also a wire transfer.. Main issue I have is that Bitmain hasn't even bothered to reply to me, aside from what appears to be automated replies..

So frustrating, this was my first big order.
