I have long wanted to try myself in the role of a sports scout, and there is such an opportunity! Can you tell me what the monthly salary will be?
It is planned that you will get not monthly salary, but for the exact junior players that you bring to TokenStars as their newly signed players. Check WP for more info on the compensation.

In white paper it is said that for the scout to work it is necessary to have at least one TEAM token. And the ACE tokens for this do not work?
You will need 1 ACE token to send an application of a tennis player and 1 TEAM to send an application for the other sports player or entertainment vertical participant.

⭐️ TEAM TokenStars featured in Coinspeaker ⭐️"By using blockchain to interact with fan communities, stars can bring millions of new users to the crypto industry and push the technology adoption further. It is the aim of TokenStars, a decentralized platform built on the blockchain, to bring celebrities, fans and advertisers under the same roof – and it already has 15 stars onboard." 📚 Read the full article: https://www.coinspeaker.com/2018/02/12/tokenstars-celebrity-platform-brings-blockchain-closer-millions-fans/

How do you plan to make sure that the scouts offer really talented young men? After all, they can offer anyone, just to get money.

The very first option is to receive free bonus tokens when buying on the ICO. I suppose, that they also give free TEAM tokens for registration, now.

You just need to participate in the ICO and pay for the purchase with ACE tokens.

I think that it's not so cool that the community will make a decision upon each candidate. Thereby, there is a small, but a chance that a vote will be bought. Generally speaking, there won’t be completely objective decision.

If the TokenStars community consisted of 100-200 people in the future, it would be real. But since in the future the community will consist of millions of users, it is just impossible to “buy” a voting. It will be even unprofitable.

Well, I say that the probability will be small, but, nevertheless, it will exist. If I the project developer, I would fix it somehow.

Supposedly, there will also be analysts, that will vote, whether to sign a contract with a young athlete or not. And this will be happening after the community voting.

Any TEAM token holder can become a Scout by signing up on the platform’s website or in the app. You can read about it in our White Paper (from page 18): https://tokenstars.com/upload/files/team_whitepaper.pdf

First of all, there will be Head of Scouting Network, who will confirm the most of the actions and make the final proposal on signing the contract with the talent. Second, TokenStars will produce easy-to-install packages of the software required to run a network node and will provide all necessary instructions and worldwide 24/7 support.

You can do this in your account. But I'm not sure that it can be done now. If yes going to website in your personal account.
