How do you attract young sportsmens?

The system of children's and youth schools is very outdated - professionals do not often come out from the schools. The individual academies now are effective.
We plan to work not with children, but with athletes at the beginning of a career. Nowadays tennis players are left to themselves and work individually: they go to tournaments covering their own expense to buy tickets, hire coaches, rent courts.

Maria Sharapova's father even washed dishes in the USA to earn extra money to pay for his daughter's tennis. I believe you also heard about Jamie Vardi, how he worked at the plant and played in the lower divisions up to 22 years.

Young talents often drop out the sport due to lack of funding and lack of sponsors. Tokenstars can provide all of this. Traditional agencies sign just a few of young talents, while a lot of good athletes are not given proper attention. We want to improve the search process and give an opportunity for young sportsmen with the help of blockchain and decentralization.

To help the young? This is really cool. I hope your project will be succeed.
Thank you!

Not everybody gets to experience a real-life Cinderella story like Jamie Vardy and Myroslav Klose had. They were struggling to get attention from big teams while working a full-time job to support themselves and even their families, but in the end still became huge football stars.

Not many young players are so persistent and motivated as Klose and Vardy but they may have the same talent. Nevertheless, the only thing they need is support at the right time to achieve new goals. TokenStars definitely helps young players to break through to professional sport.

With sports associations which countries do you have ties?

Our tennis advisors have connections and working experience with the biggest sport associations, for example, Anastasia Myskina (one of our Tennis Advisor) is the Vice-president of the Russian Tennis Federation herself.

However, the global platform TokenStars is based on blockchain technology which allows to decentralize many management issues and particularly to eliminate needs to interact and depend on the local Tennis (or any other Sports) Federations’ presidents.

We believe that the Global Scouting Network of 600 part-time analysts spread globally and properly motivated financially will be more efficient than the full-time 60 employees of any traditional sports agency.

Information about the results of community voting, actions of the scouts (submission of players' applications, signing of contracts with juniors), actions of promoters will be stored in the blockchain.

All further details on how the blockchain is used will be published later.

⭐️ What celebrities have a habit of messaging with their fans? ⭐️

Quote
”Celebs have more time to ‘gram than the average individual, after all — all that waiting around on film sets and driving from interview to interview means they have plenty of time on the job to scroll through your photos.”

Some celebrities stay close to their fans and TokenStars (the first blockchain platform to tokenize people) aims to bring you much closer to the stars.

Why don't you use buyback option for ACE tokens?

We can't do the buyback because ACE is not the security token, but the product one. Most probably any blockchain projects which promise any dividends in the future can be in troubles very soon due to the legal regulations.

We developed a mechanism for token users to benefit from the growth of the agency's business, while the token is not security: we receive all the commission from advertisers and players in ACE tokens. The higher our commission, the more money will go to the market to buy tokens (to pay us a commission).
