Unfortunately there is no perfect solution at this moment to solve the inheritance of bitcoins.
Best would be if you can make a time shifted transaction from an address but the funds remains available and you can think again.
That could be solved if you could send a message in the future but with a decentralized system like namecoin. (and not with a company or with lawyer)
This message would reveal for ex. to your children's the private keys of your wallet. The funds remains available to you and you can spend from it how much you want but what remains will be inherited. If you are still not dead shortly before the message will be sent you can move your bitcoins to another wallet and make another time shifted message revealing the private keys.
The message could be triggered by a network event, for ex halving time or a specific number of blocks. I think the namecoin network would be suited for this purpose to give the best solution for the inheritance of cryptocoins.
