How to send ETH contract tokens to exchange sites?

What if I don't have ETH balance? Is there a free way of sending your tokens in diff. exchanges?

No, you need to pay a transaction fee, so you will need to have at least some ether. It can be as little as 1$ in ether, but you need some. You don´t need ether to receive them.

Just go to myetherwallet.com then click the send ether tokens category, unlock your wallet using your private key or etc. then put the address of the wallet you are going to send your erc20 tokens and lastly generate transaction.

First i get my tokens from MEw to ether delta using the import button which then asks for address & private key. Then when it shows there is in etherdelta then  we can deposit using from the balance

First you need to convert your tokens into Ethers and then it will be possible to transfer it to the exchanger.
