Yes, for following BitDice is giving 50 stakes to the participants. Still, they did not allocate stakes in the spreadsheet because may be they need to re-check about all those who followed before allocating stakes.

I don't think they will create the spreadsheet for the project instead they are launching a bounty portal on Aug 1st which will track all our bounty stakes.

Is all stake bets lost, with the locking of threads from MOD, if it happens whether all the calculations will be fine for the future, until the distribution of funds ....

This thread is fine now and as said with the quote or just read the OP of bitdice, there will be a software/app that is going to do the calculations and count of tweets/re-tweets.

I believe BoXXoB manages them all since he is the campaign manager for the signature Bitdice has and now he is managing their ICO for bounty campaign.

So I would imagine he is managing all of these faucets of ICO as well for all mediums they have various members here participating in.
