Listing this token to Bittrex exchange I think very difficult, because in recently Bittrex exchange understand they are big exchange and can compete with Poloniex, so they have tighten the rules about listed new token, altcoin in their market.

I think nothing is impossible in the world of cryptocurency, as long as dev is intent and insert this coin into bittrex could be, it's only paying 3 to 5 BTC is definitely signed bittrex, dev live its going to pay or not

I have been waiting for my NDC tokens for a long time and for just a few more days, my long wait will be over. I think even though I will receive my tokens in a few days, it will be better to just hold it in and wait for its price to increase before converting. We will just have to see what will be the state of NDC token on different exchanges.
