This is POW coin and keeping wallet open doesn't help network as far as I know.

He certainly won't keep his wallet open 24/7 so this is insignificant from the network stability standpoint.
When secure nodes become ready this will be different story.

It seems that Zencash is very indifferent to Bitcoin local exchange rate. It was poorly reflect when BTC fall dawn to 3000 USD and it is good. But it seems a little strange why it is not raise when BTC is come back to 4000 USD. I expected at least 9-10$ at current BTC price...

Why TLS and not Tor/i2p?
Tor and i2p, while great at hiding your IP, location, and making you anonymous; it's painfully obvious to outside parties you're using cryptocurrencies and easily censorable. TLS doesn't hide your IP but still encrypts your data ,and ISPs cant really guess if you're just browsing some obscure website or using Zen. Time are changing, Polo is no longer the best exchange as majority still thinks. Bittrex showed us that they are capable of creating amazing volumes of trade. We can say whales slowly doing their migrations. This doesn't mean we wouldn't like to be added there, but this is up to them.
