INVENTION.
I have invented a “virtual touchscreen”, that can be used both as a virtual mouse and keyboard. The device will be an integral part of AP-glass augmented reality glasses. The “virtual touchscreen” sensors will have a small weight and size and low price.
The “virtual touchscreen” will allow typing text anywhere, even if a user is in motion. The “virtual touchscreen” can be used in the rain and frost.
If a user wears gloves, he can use the “virtual touchscreen”. The text can be typed with several fingers.
The AP-glass will have a system unit with the main microprocessor and memory. The augmented reality glasses and the system unit will be connected wirelessly. Such devices will replace usual smartphones, tablets, laptops as system units can be any power.
There is no need to take a system unit out from the bag or pocket. A system unit will allow using Windows and other powerful operating systems.
AP-glass will have light weight – less than 100 grams. The mini-display will have HD resolution. There may be a modification with 2 mini-displays operating in the virtual reality mode as well.
The estimated price will depend on the configuration (including the wireless system unit power), starting from about 700-800 USD.
The global market prospects for the device.
AP-glass solves two most important problems. The first one is the difficulty with using the augmented reality glasses. The second is the use of current powerful operating systems at the available system unit.
This makes it very competitive in this global market at the stage of its formation. AP-glass has everything to become a leader in the global market of augmented reality mobile devices.
The global market of augmented reality mobile devices is on the verge of its explosive growth. The main obstacle is difficulties with the use of augmented reality glasses and inability to use powerful Operating systems (such as Win10).
AP-glass solves both these problems. The estimated sales in the first year (after the start of mass sales) is from 500 000 to 2 million AP-glasses of different modifications.
Project stages.
Stage 0 – fundraising for the project advertising campaign and preparation of Stage 1. The required amount of funds is about 50 000 USD. AP-glasscoin#0 tokens will be issued for this purpose. This stage duration is about 2 months. Additional issue of tokens of this issue is not expected.
Stage 1 – fundraising and prototype development. Development of the AP-glass prototype of several modifications (at least two) requires about 500 000 USD. The AP-glasscoin#1 will be issued for this purpose. After successful fundraising, the device prototype development will start. The Stage 1 duration is about 12 months. Additional issue of the tokens of this issue is not expected.
Stage 2 – start of the mass AP-glass production. After the prototype development, fundraising for mass production and a powerful advertising campaign will start. The requited amount of funds will be determined after the prototype development. AP-glasscoin#2 tokens will be issued for that purpose. Additional issue of tokens of this issue is not expected
AP-glasscoin tokens.
All AP-glasscoin tokens of any issue are tokens for a discount at the purchase of AP-glass devices at the manufacturer’s website. One AP-glasscoin token of any issue equals 1 USD discount for any device. The minimum AP-glasscoin token package for a discount is 50 tokens. The maximum discount can not be more than 70% of the price of the device. (For example, The price of the device is 1000 USD, you can pay 700 AP-glasscoin tokens of any issue and 300 USD.) The shipping price of the device can not be paid with tokens.
We will purchase AP-glasscoin tokens on the DEX exchange as described below.
Stage 0 tokens – AP-glasscoin#0 will be purchased after successful placement of the 1st issue tokens – AP-glasscoin#1.
Tokens of Stages 0 and 1 will be purchased after successful placement of the 2nd issue tokens – AP-glasscoin#2.
Tokens of any issue (including AP-glasscoin#2) will be purchased in a year after successful completion of the 2nd issue. At least 10% of the funds obtained from the placement of tokens in each issue will be allocated for that purpose.
In a year after the start of AP-glass commercial sales, at least 10% of the profit will be allocated for purchasing AP-glasscoin tokens of any issue. The AP-glasscoin tokens of any issue purchased by us will not be up for re-sale on the stock exchange. After that, tokens will be purchased every year.
Issue of tokens will be on the wavesplatform. Pre-ICO - August 1 2017
Tokens will be issued on the wavesplatform. The volume of Pre-ICO is 100,000 tokens. The minimum amount for collection is 25,000 dollars. If collecting less, the money will be refunded at the average purchase price. For determining the average price, the collected money will be divided by the total amount of sold tokens. Pre-ISO will last till August 10-16. Addition: there won’t be direct deliveries of these devices to Russia and Ukraine under the project. Commercial and production structures of this project will not be located on the territory of Russia and Ukraine. There won’t be advertising campaigns and information provided in the media of Russia and Ukraine under the project. Thus, we do not recommend residents of Russia and Ukraine perform any operations with tokens of this project.
