Rule #1 was enforced fairly well

Rule #8:   Not so much.

Too many newly created accounts without any audience are receiving top stakes. I kept writing promotional articles because 2 of my articles received heavy interest not only from the Indorse Team but also from the Wings team. I Assumed those would receive top stakes as not many other postings received that type of attention.

I guess I will directly say it: An article campaign should be for established writers who have an actual audience in which they provide marketing to. Some users actually have put serious time into building up an audience. Rule #8 was a major deciding factor to my major participation in this campaign.
Rewarding users for basically just bounty hunting... brand new users can create an account anywhere and write 350 words, but if nobody reads it, what is the purpose???

Line 49 and 53 and countless others like them are getting an overall 1% stake for 1 article
For 7 articles spanning 2 months, my overall stake is calculated to ~3%.  

When I actually use the Indorse Platform, which I have stated these intentions multiple times, I better get some solid "Indorse"ments from you guys
