so linux problem....

I cannot send coins from my wallet in linux.

when compiling the daemon, I get an error pertaining to net.cpp referencing a nonexistent file called miniwget.h. the build then proceeds to fail. I can build the qt though which does sync and looks great by the way, but as soon as I try to send any coins anywhere the wallet freezes up and I have to kill it in terminal.

anyone else having this problem?

above issue occurs in OpenSuSE 12.3 64-bit

Join us in IRC to troubleshoot. You'd have much more luck there.

Add "OPENSSL_INCLUDE_PATH=/usr/include/miniupnpc" to your make command line when building the daemon.

I have created packages for various distros at https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/home:p_conrad:coins/worldcoin . Still synching the blockchain, though...

I've never bought shares in something before but I think I'd like some Scharmbeck shares. Do I just trade them on Cryptostocks the same way as I'd trade any cryptocurrency? What else do I need to know?

Now there is excellent buying opportunity in WDC.
The price is still low.
The price should be around 0.1 BTC or 100 USD.
Now you get one coin for less than 1 dollar.

I'd heard a lot of talk around Worldcoin for a while but it seems to have been steadily declining in value for the last month. Is there any particular reason for this or are people just losing interest?

IMO this is effect of new altcoins rush we can observe last weeks. People still believe that one of many coins that are launched everyday, can repeat success of DOGE.
But it's temporary situation. Investors soon will become tired of swarm of new coins, which value decreases dramatically in several hours after launch and they gonna turn back to more stable currencies like WDC.

Price relative to BTC has been declining a bit, but it's stayed around ~$.48-.50 for the last while. Also, people are definitely not losing interest as WDC is consistently in the top 10 traded coins in terms of USD volume, just check coinmarketcap. WDC is here for the long haul and there are big things coming, and I for one am very excited to see what the next few months hold for WDC Cheesy

When the beta testing is done it will skyrocket if it was successful.

What I like about Sharmbeck is the costumer service, hopefully that does not change once the beta ends and real volume comes in.  So much better than Coinbase and the like.
